These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services (the “Services”) provided by Peak Technologies Kft., part of the Peak group, including ChatGPT applications operated under the PeakX platform (including, but not limited to, the fintech.hu ChatGPT application) AI-powered tools, integrations, and related websites (including fintech.hu and https://www.peakx.ai).
By accessing or using the Services, you (“User”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

PeakX provides AI-powered information services, including ChatGPT-based applications that generate automated responses based on user queries.

Certain applications (such as the fintech.hu ChatGPT application) function as information retrieval services. You may use the Services only if:

does not store user prompts or create user profiles through this Service
User inputs may be temporarily processed by AI systems and third-party providers solely to generate responses.
You are solely responsible for how you use and rely on outputs.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
use the Services for unlawful purposes
submit harmful, misleading, or infringing content
submit personal data of others without lawful basis
attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Services
bypass safeguards or usage limits
generate harmful, deceptive, or abusive content
